overview

season, a boutique creative studio, wanted a portfolio site that showed their taste without shouting. their old site was a template everyone recognized, which is a strange look for a studio selling originality.

decisions

went the opposite direction from their competitors — lots of white space, oversized type, and work that loads big and slow-scrolls, so each project gets a moment. built subtle motion into every transition so the site felt alive without being distracting. the site itself became the portfolio piece.

outcome

season started closing higher-budget clients within two months, and told me prospects now arrive already sold — the site pre-qualifies the people who reach out.
