the brief
Maison Vell, a boutique carrying independent designers, had beautiful stock and a brand that undersold all of it. Online they looked like a generic store; in person the space was gorgeous. The gap was costing them.

the decisions
Rebuilt the identity to match the room — editorial type, generous white space, and art direction that treats each piece like it's in a magazine, not a catalog. Chose to make the brand feel like a point of view rather than a shop, because that's what makes people trust a curator.

the outcome
Online conversion climbed as the site finally matched the in-store experience, and Maison Vell started getting approached by designers who wanted to be stocked — the brand became a filter for the right kind of attention.
